You've been invited to book through Whoopa. Here's everything you need to know.
Whoopa is the booking platform used by salons, trainers, therapists, photographers, and thousands of other service businesses. If a business has shared a Whoopa booking link with you, you're in the right place.
You don't need a Whoopa account to book — just click your business's link and pick a time. Creating a free client account is optional, but it makes managing your bookings much easier.

All your bookings, one place.
The business you want to book with will share it directly — usually by text, email, social media, or on their website. Whoopa doesn't list businesses publicly.
Yes. Log in to your client account, find the booking, and choose Reschedule or Cancel. Each business sets its own cancellation policy, so check the timing.
Your contact information is only shared with the businesses you book with. We never sell your data. Read our Privacy Policy.
For questions about a specific appointment, service, or payment, contact the business directly. For technical issues with the platform, email support@whoopa.au.
